1.    Mr. Wilbens Cesaire (Haiti)
Mr. Cesaire completed a B.S. in Forest Engineering from ISA University, Dominican Republic. He received his first Master’s degree in Agricultural Diversification from the UNPHU University in the Dominican Republic, and his second master in Environmental Economics from the University of Maryland/Los Andes. He participated in the leadership Humphrey/Fulbright program at the University of Davis in California (USA) from September 2010 to June 2011. He is currently the coordinator of the OPA.  cesairewilbens@yahoo.fr   

2.    Mr. Frantz Joseph (Haiti)
Mr. Frantz Joseph is an accountant. He is the manager of the OPA’s Farm. He is currently working at full time on the ground, and he is one of the co- founders of the organization. In 2010, under the umbrella of the organization, he participated in a national competition organized by the cell phone company digicel. He was one of the four (4) award winners in the field of environment at the national level. As a result, he participated afterwards in a 1 week workshop in business management organized at the University of Florida. haitiopa@yahoo.fr  

3.    Dr. Rahanna Juman (Trinidad and Tobago)
Dr Rahanna Juman is a Senior Research Officer at the Institute of Marine Affairs, a government funded environmental research institution in Trinidad and Tobago.  She has 15 years experience conducting research on coastal ecosystems, particularly wetlands and had published a book on Wetlands in Trinidad and Tobago.  She holds a PhD in Zoology from the University of the West Indies, Trinidad and a BSc in Zoology and Botany.  She is a recipient of a number of fellowships, the most recent being the Hubert Humphrey Fellowship at the University of Washington.  During this fellowship, Dr Juman focused on environmental policy particularly dealing with Integrated Coastal Zone Management and Climate Change. She is an Advisor and active supporter of the organization.  annijuman@hotmail.com  

4.    Mr. Cinea William (Haiti)
Mr. Cinea William holds a master’s degree in Plant Biodiversity from the ENS, State University of Haiti. He got his Bachelor’s degree in Forestry from ISA University, Dominican Republic. He founded in 2000 Haiti Verte (Green Haiti), which is an organization aimed at reforesting and establishing appropriate structures to conserve Haitian biodiversity.  In 2003, he established the first Botanical Garden in Haiti (Botanical Garden of les Cayes) in order to educate, make research and conserve biodiversity within the country. He acts as an adviser for the OPA, and is always ready to share his knowledge with the farmers of the regions. wcinea@yahoo.fr    

5.    Dr. Abdoulaye SEREME (Burkina Faso)
Dr. Abdoulaye SEREME got is Ph.D. in Plant Biology & Ecology from the University of Ouagadougou. He has been a civil servant researcher and Personnel Officer at National Scientific and Technological Research Center at Ouagadougou since 1998. He has published nearly 30 scientific papers and datasheets and attended 45 international professional conferences. He has also been trained among other things on Ethno botany, Economic botany, Extrativism, and Agroforestry farming in USA. He acts as an Advisor for the Organization abdoulaye_sereme@yahoo.ca 

6. Mr. Abraham Billy Garcon (Haiti)
Mr. Abraham Billy Garcon is a lawyer. He graduated from the School of Law from the State University of Haiti at Port-de-Paix. He is currently in charge of the legal aspects of the organization.   abgarcon@yahoo.fr Phone: (509) 37154846

7. Mr. Jackson Durolin (Haiti)
Mr. Jackson Durolin holds a Master’s degree in Education Sciences with a specialty of French Language from the State University of Haiti (ENS, UEH). He is a farmer and a literature teacher in High school level at Port-de-Paix, Haiti. He is involved in the level of environmental educational project planning for the OPA. Phone: (509) 37239281

8. Dr. Lachaud Michee Arnold (Haiti)
Mr. Lachaud is currently a Fulbright Ph.D. candidate at the University of Connecticut (USA). His field of specialization and interests includes Environmental, Resource and Development Economics. Mr. Lachaud holds a master degree in Environmental and Resource Economics from the University of Maryland/Universidad de Los Andes, and a D.E.S. in Statistic and Quantitative Economics from CTPEA. Additionally, he has served as director of the “Observatoire Haitien des Drogues” and as professor at the University of Quisqueya. 9. Mr. Josué Dumercy (Haiti)
Mr. Josué Dumercy holds two Bachelors in Science degree: one in Medical Technologies from the Medicine Faculty (State University of Haiti); and another one   in Agronomy from ISA University (Dominican Republic).   Additionally, Mr. Dumercy has been graduated at the Institute Program Educator, Indian River State College Florida. He has taught and tutored Mathematics, Science and Agriculture at St Lucie District School, Florida. He  has also worked at East Coast Migrant Head Start Project as a Family Service Worker where he is committed to preparing children of the farm workers for success. He is acting as Assistant Coordinator and Representative of the Organization. dumercy@hotmail.com   

10. Mr. Jean Bertrand (Haiti)
Mr. Jean Bertrand is both a lawyer and agronomist. He got his agriculture undergraduate diploma from the college of Agroforestry and Environmental Sciences at the American University of the Caribbean of les Cayes (AUC), Haiti. Currently living in Canada, he helps in all the planning activities of the organization and acts as an abroad representative of OPA. bertrandjean5@yahoo.fr 

11. Miss Jessica Laporte (United States)
Jessica is a student at Tufts University that recently completed a 100 hour internship with OPA Haiti. She is continuing to be involved with the project by reaching out to potential partners and donors. She hopes to help OPA get their demonstration plots up and running as well as increase Nursery contracts though new partnerships. Jessica believes that Frantz and the OPA board are a valuable resource within Haiti and want to see their knowledge and vision spread throughout Haiti. mailto:laporte.jt@gmail.com
