After brilliantly completing his university studies in Law and Agronomy, Mr. Bertrand now holds two undergraduate degrees. Mr Bertrand followed a continuing education provided by the School of the Bar of Les Cayes (Haiti),

Dr Rahanna Juman est une chercheuse de renom à l'Institut de recherche Marine Affairs localisé à Trinité-et-Tobago et financé par le gouvernement de ce pays. Elle a effectué pendant environ 20 ans des travaux de recherche sur les écosystèmes côtiers.

Ingénieur forestier, auteur, botaniste, et conférencier international, Mr. William est détenteur d’une maîtrise en biodiversité et d’un DES en gestion des ressources naturelles.

Mr. Cesaire completed a B.S. in Forest Engineering from ISA University, Dominican Republic. He received his first Master’s degree in Agricultural Diversification from the UNPHU University in the Dominican Republic, and his second master in Environmental Economics from the University of Maryland/Los Andes.

Mrs. Nerda studied economics at the Faculty of Law and Economics of the University of State of Haiti. She also had a Bachelor's degree in accounting from the North West Public University in Port-de-Paix (UPNOPP).

M. Abraham Billy Garçon est cadre supérieur de la Direction Générale des Impôts (DGI) à Port-de-Paix. Ce professeur d'anglais et avocat a obtenu un B.S. en droit de la Faculté de droit de l'Université d'État d'Haïti.

Jean-Mary EDOUARZIN is a Haitian agronomist who has spent a considerable amount of time working with rural farmers and peasants, using his personal and career experiences, to improve crop productivity and resource use efficiency while ensuring food security and environmental quality in the rural areas.

Graduated in Accounting from the University of Hautes Etudes (Port-au-Prince), Ms. Maritès is currently an executive of the North West Public University in Port-de-Paix (UPNOPP). She worked for several years in the Artibonite department as an accountant at the Paul

Graduated in business management from the Public University of the South in Les Cayes (UPSAC), Mr. Gas is a highly experienced executive in the design, supervision and planning of community projects.

Ms. Gabana studied law at the Faculty of Law and Economics in Gonaïves (Haiti). She has a Bachelor degree in Nursing.
